1 General Provisions

dg333 (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") provides a reliable online gaming and betting service for Bangladeshi players. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the dg333.cam website and all services included within it.

These Terms form a legal agreement between the user and dg333. By accessing the platform, registering, or using any service, you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person, the same household, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and funds on deposit may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

dg333 may request identity verification documents at any time. A copy of a national identity card, passport, or driving licence may be required. If verification is not completed within the specified time, withdrawals will be placed on hold.

3.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. If any unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify our support team immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dg333 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method)
• The maximum deposit amount is subject to limits set by the Company.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Processing Time

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
• Withdrawal requests will be processed only after verification is complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

4.4 Transaction Responsibility

All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption technology. Deposits or withdrawals using a third-party account or another person's payment method are not permitted.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

dg333 strictly follows anti-money laundering policies. In cases of suspicious financial activity, the account will be placed under investigation and the relevant authorities may be notified.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳15,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

• Bonuses are provided only to eligible users.
• Funds from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within a specified period from the time the bonus is received.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel a bonus at any time if evidence of misuse is found.

5.2 Ongoing Promotional Offers

From time to time, dg333 may offer various promotional offers. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions as stated in the offer description. In case of any dispute, dg333's decision will be considered final.

5.3 VIP Program

Our VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular active participation. Additional benefits apply for each tier.

5.4 Bonus Misuse

If bonus misuse, arbitrage betting, or any attempt to exploit the bonus system through strategic methods is detected, the account will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

dg333 follows a fair play policy. All our games are developed by accredited software providers and operate using random number generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Betting Rules

• It is entirely the user's responsibility to verify the terms and conditions before placing any bet.
• A bet placed unintentionally due to a technical error may be considered void.
• Sports betting and casino games are each subject to their own rules.
• If there is a genuine dispute over data or results in any event, dg333 will settle the bet after making its determination.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a server or network failure, dg333 will make a decision at its own discretion. In such situations, the Company's decision is final.

6.4 Cricket Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international cricket events. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dg333 platform:

• Opening or managing an account using false or forged information
• Using the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or unethical purposes
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to conduct games or betting
• Stealing another user's information or gaining unauthorised access to their account
• Opening multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or promotional benefits
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for an unfair advantage and not reporting them to the relevant authority
• Money laundering or transacting through illegal funds
• Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate behaviour
• Attempting to hack the system, introduce viruses, or disrupt network security

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and legal action may be taken where applicable.
